The premise representative is responsible for selling the Company products through the achievement of opportunity based quotas. The premise rep will reach his or her business target through effective management of designated area and physical visits to the customer site. This individual will also develop relationships with the customer and continually maintain a professional image of the company. High integrity, passion for selling and presentational skills are essential for the role. In addition strong knowledge of digital and media are a must have.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new customer accounts by Prospecting/cold calling
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
- Develop ongoing profitable relationships with accounts
- Make 15 appointments per week and 30 cold calls per day
- Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of company product while on site.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers
- Emphasize product features and benefits, quote prices and prepare sales order forms
- Use laptops and tablets to sell the company product suite
- Media & Digital expert on all company products
- Run multiple sales appointments, meeting face-to-face with customers
- Follow up with clients to build a solid trusted-advisor relationship
- Account Planning
- Actively manage call schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives and hit minimum productivity goals as determined by Manager
- Log daily activity into the CRM system
- Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner
- Align team members with the organization’s mission and long-term success.
- Work with team members to set their performance objectives which are in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Create an environment within the team that inspires high performance and hold all team members accountable to performance objectives and behavior standards, to include documented periodic reviews of performance.
- Conduct regular department meetings to communicate department objectives.

The premise representative needs to manage rejection and frustration in a positive and constructive way. The persistence and the self-motivation are fundamental characteristics. They need to act like “hunters” looking for new customers and closing deals. They never take a “no” like an answer.
